Salary: $63,000–$85,000 Base + Benefits + Retirement Program
A well-established dairy manufacturer in the South Western WI area is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee evening production and packaging operations. This role is ideal for a dependable floor leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to producing high-quality dairy products safely and efficiently.
Lead 2nd shift production activities and ensure smooth, efficient operations
Supervise, train, schedule, and coach production employees for consistent, high-performance results
Ensure sanitation, pre-op checks, and start-up readiness meet strict standards
Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and drive ongoing improvements
Maintain compliance with food safety programs (HACCP, GMPs, audits)
Partner with plant leadership and other shift supervisors to ensure smooth handoffs and communication
Champion a strong safety culture through active visibility on the floor
2+ years of production leadership experience in dairy or food manufacturing
Strong understanding of sanitation, regulatory expectations, and production best practices
Proven ability to coach and motivate a team, especially in off-shift environments
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to support shift-based schedules and occasional weekend needs
Dairy experience preferred; cheese license a plus but not required
