Regional Construction Manager - Residential Construction

Our client, a growing residential builder, is seeking a Regional Construction Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. This role will lead construction teams, ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, and maintain quality standards across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee residential construction teams across multiple communities
• Lead and support operations and construction teams
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Travel to sites approximately once per month
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors
• Manage operational aspects including permitting, purchasing, and vendor/subcontractor relationships

Qualifications

• 10+ years in residential construction
• Proven leadership/management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, including permitting processes, purchasing/procurement, and vendor relations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Willingness to travel monthly
