Job Title: Associate Attorney
Location: Phoenix Arizona
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–6 years of experience who is looking to take on meaningful responsibility, develop litigation skills, and grow within a collaborative legal team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Take and defend depositions
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Meet deadlines and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Arizona and in good standing
- 3–6 years of experience in civil litigation
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience handling discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
- Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
