Position Title: Regional Account Sales Manager

Location: Northeast

Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000 + bonus potential

Travel: Required for trade shows, sales meetings & customer events

Reports To: Senior Leadership Team

Position Summary: Gpac is seeking a driven Regional Sales Account Manager to support and grow our client’s Northeast market. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, sales strategy development, and the ability to manage vendor and retailer partners at the HQ level.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales goals • Manage vendor relationships and oversee regional account performance • Call on HQ-level retailers and, in some cases, major distributors • Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover business opportunities • Review and interpret data (IRI/Nielsen) to drive informed decisions • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and internal partners • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Marketing, Graphics, Social Media, Data • Attend trade shows, open houses, and customer meetings as required

Desired Background: • Established relationships in grocery and/or drug retail preferred • Experience selling consumer goods (CPG, pet, or related categories) • Strong customer service and relationship-building ability • Solid understanding of sales strategies and retail programs • Ability to analyze market & sales data (Nielsen/IRI experience ideal) • Team-oriented, collaborative work style • Previous experience in the pet industry is a plus, not required

Required Skills: • Sales and presentation skills • Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word • Ability to manage multiple accounts and vendor programs
