A highly respected Pittsburgh law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of real estate experience who wants to work on sophisticated matters while collaborating with experienced attorneys and business teams.

We are actively seeking candidates for two Real Estate Associate Attorney opportunities:

📄 Corporate Real Estate Contracts Associate Attorney

• Partner with the corporate team on real estate-related contracts and business transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements
• Provide legal support on transactional matters involving business operations and real estate assets
• Work closely with attorneys across multiple practice groups

Qualifications:
✅ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
✅ Active Pennsylvania Bar admission required
✅ Minimum 3 years of real estate law experience
✅ Strong transactional, drafting, and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✅ Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
