🚨 URGENT HIRE: Operations Manager – Residential Construction

We are immediately seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations for a growing residential construction and exterior services company specializing in interior remodels, exterior renovations, landscaping, and hardscaping.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job. The right person will thrive in the field, drive accountability, and keep multiple projects and crews aligned while the owner focuses on sales and business development.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Oversee daily field operations across interior, exterior, landscaping, and hardscaping projects
• Manage scheduling, job flow, crews, and subcontractors from start to finish
• Recruit, hire, and build strong field teams
• Drive accountability, productivity, and execution in the field
• Oversee budgets, job costing, and P&L performance
• Implement systems to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency
• Ensure safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction on all projects
• Work closely with ownership to scale operations and improve profitability

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong residential construction background (remodel experience preferred)
• Experience with interior and exterior construction operations
• Knowledge of landscaping/hardscaping is a strong plus
• Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and multiple job sites
• Experience recruiting and building crews
• Understanding of job costing and P&L management
• Strong leadership style with urgency, accountability, and follow-through
• Energetic, organized, and solutions-driven

This role is critical to the growth of the company. You will be the operational leader ensuring jobs run smoothly, teams stay productive, and customers receive high-quality results. The owner will remain focused on sales and growth, while you take ownership of execution.
