What You'll Do:
✔ Lead the firm's day-to-day IT operations and technology strategy
✔ Serve as the senior technical escalation point for critical issues
✔ Design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable IT infrastructure
✔ Mentor and develop IT staff while remaining hands-on technically
✔ Establish and improve IT policies, procedures, and best practices
✔ Support attorneys and business professionals with technology solutions
✔ Ensure system security, performance, and business continuity
What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
✅ 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibilities
✅ Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support
✅ Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills
✅ Law firm experience is strongly preferred
