Pharmaceutical Litigation Associate – Mass Tort (Hybrid, Dallas)

A premier, nationally recognized plaintiff firm—renowned for its success in mass torts, class actions, and complex litigation—is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Pharmaceutical Litigation team in Dallas, Texas. This hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 remote) offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, high-performing environment dedicated to achieving meaningful results for clients.

About the Role

The Associate Attorney will handle a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical and medical device product liability cases from intake through resolution. This position offers substantive, hands-on litigation experience in a structured and supportive setting. Most cases are resolved before trial, allowing attorneys to gain broad case management experience while maintaining a balanced work schedule and minimal travel obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage pharmaceutical and medical device injury cases from intake to settlement

  • Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and related motions

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and opposing counsel

  • Coordinate with bankruptcy trustees, probate counsel, and other third parties

  • Provide litigation and case management support to senior attorneys

Qualifications

  • J.D. and active bar membership in Texas

  • 0–3 years of litigation experience (mass tort, personal injury, or products liability preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with discovery, depositions, or settlement coordination is a plus

  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
