Job Title: Licensed Psychologist

Location: Mesa, AZ

Salary: $120-160,000 annual, based on experience

Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist with expertise in conducting psychological assessments to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience administering and interpreting a wide range of psychological tests, including cognitive, academic, neuropsychological, and personality assessments. This role involves working with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental, learning, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.

  • Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological and neuropsychological tests.

  • Prepare detailed, professional psychological reports with diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, therapists, educators, and healthcare providers, to support client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an APA-accredited program.

  • Active license in the state of Arizona.

  • Minimum of two years of experience conducting psychological assessments.

  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting standardized psychological tests, such as the WAIS-IV, WISC-V, MMPI-2, Rorschach, Vineland, BASC-3, ADOS-2, and other relevant instruments.

  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders, learning disabilities, mood disorders, trauma, and behavioral concerns.

Benefits:
