Concrete Superintendent - Commercial Construction

One of the fastest growing Concrete Contractors on the east coast is immediately hiring Concrete Superintendents to keep up with the flow of new and repeat business! If you have 5+ years of experience self-performing diverse concrete projects, this may be the next best step in your career!!

Concrete Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate with management, staff, clients and suppliers
• Coordination of manpower, equipment and materials to complete the job
• Responsible for site safety, quality and efficiency standards
• Able to travel to and between job sites

Concrete Superintendent Qualifications:

• Experience reading and understanding project plans and design materials, must be able to accurately read and interpret blueprints
• Understanding of A.D.A requirements, testing and inspection procedures concerning structural and civil concrete construction
• 5+ years of experience self-performing diverse concrete projects
• Experience doing layouts, excavation, formwork, installing and reinforcing is preferred
