Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator/Pre Construction Manager to lead plumbing projects. If you are skilled in these areas and have experience in the plumbing industry, this role is made for you!

Position: Senior Estimator/Pre Construction Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the preconstruction process for large, insitutional/industrial plumbing projects.
• Develop accurate estimates from schematic design documents.
• Create and review project scopes.
• Manage project buyout for plumbing materials and equipment.
• Oversee projects exceeding $10 million in size.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Industrial Plumbing Construction, with an emphasis on process piping and plumbing preferred.
• Strong background in project management and estimating.
• Proven track record of successfully handling large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in creating detailed and accurate estimates.
• Experience with project buyout processes for mechanical and plumbing systems.
