Want to run commercial and multifamily projects for a builder that's growing and backs its people? A respected commercial general contractor in the Raleigh-Durham area is adding a Project Manager to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll have real responsibility, a strong project pipeline, and a clear path to senior leadership.

The Role

• Manage commercial construction projects, including multifamily, from buyout through closeout.
• Own budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Work closely with superintendents, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost reporting, and project documentation.

What You Bring

• Project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
• Clear communication and follow-through with clients and the field team.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
