Job Description

An award-winning Raleigh/Durham area general contractor is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead large scale projects. This is a high-visibility role for a proven builder who wants to run complex work and develop the next generation of project managers.

The Role

• Lead commercial construction projects, including multifamily, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project financials, schedules, contracts, buyout, and subcontractor performance.
• Lead and mentor project managers and project engineers.
• Build strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, and engineers.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost reporting, and risk management.

What You Bring

• Senior Project Manager or experienced Project Manager background with a commercial general contractor.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• A track record of delivering larger, complex commercial projects.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and team leadership skills.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
