Associate Attorney | Civil Litigation Defense | Irvine, Walnut Creek, or Sacramento, CA

An AV rated established litigation firm is seeking Associate Attorneys to join its expanding civil litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to handle sophisticated litigation matters in a collaborative environment that offers strong mentorship, meaningful responsibility, and long-term career growth. The practice includes business litigation, real property disputes, mortgage banking litigation, and related civil defense matters. Attorneys with insurance defense experience who want to transition into these areas are encouraged to apply. 

What They're Looking For

• Civil litigation experience in California state and/or federal court
• Ideal background:mortgage servicing, foreclosure, real property, title insurance, business litigation, and related. 
• Will consider Insurance defense or other civil litigation background
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple litigation matters
• Licensed and in good standing in California
