Heavy Equipment Operator – Civil / Site Development
Lincoln, NE | $26–$38/hr DOE + Overtime + Full Benefits + Relocation Assistance Available
A well-established heavy civil and excavation contractor in the Lincoln market is actively seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support large-scale sitework, underground utility, grading, and earthmoving projects throughout southeastern Nebraska. This is a long-term opportunity with a strong pipeline of commercial, municipal, and infrastructure work.
Relocation candidates will be considered, and assistance may be provided for qualified applicants.
Position Overview
The Heavy Equipment Operator will safely and efficiently operate a variety of earthmoving and construction equipment on active job sites. Candidates with experience in mass excavation, underground utilities, site prep, grading, and civil construction are highly preferred.

GPS machine control experience is a plus

Qualifications
3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience preferred
Experience reading grade stakes and site plans is a plus
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Strong safety mindset and dependable attendance
Valid driver’s license required
CDL is a plus but not required
