Key Requirements
Leadership: 10+ years of proven management experience in Fire Protection.
Technical: Deep knowledge of NFPA standards; NICET preferred.
Financial: Proven success managing P&L and divisional budgets.
Growth: Track record of developing teams and expanding market share.
