I'm partnered with a respected and well-established law firm with multiple offices across Virginia, actively seeking to add a talented Commercial Real Estate Attorney to their growing team.
About the Firm: A mid-sized, full-service firm offering a strong presence in both transactional and litigation matters across various industries.
What We’re Looking For:
A J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Virginia State Bar license
At least 3 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions
Proficiency in acquisitions, leasing, development, and financing
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and independently
