⚖️ Paralegal Legal Assistant – Sheriff Sales / Foreclosures Experience Required
A well-established team is seeking a detail-oriented legal professional to join their delinquent tax collection and commercial real estate support team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing deadlines, and has experience handling Sheriff Sale and foreclosure matters.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Manage Sheriff Sale matters from intake through file closure
✅ Prepare, organize, and track legal documentation and case costs
✅ Support commercial real estate closing activities for a title insurance agency
✅ Maintain accurate records while managing time-sensitive deadlines
✅ Utilize case management systems and Microsoft Office 365 tools
🔎 Ideal Background:
✔️ 3–5 years of experience Paralegal Legal Assistant
✔️ Sheriff Sales / Foreclosures experience REQUIRED
✔️ Strong knowledge of Office 365 Suite — especially Excel
✔️ Experience with case management software
✔️ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
