Practice Areas:

• Commercial Real Estate Litigation

• Corporate / Business Litigation

• Contract Disputes

• Construction Litigation

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of relevant litigation experience preferred

• Strong background handling complex commercial disputes from inception through resolution

• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and negotiating settlements

• Deposition, mediation, arbitration, and courtroom experience highly valued

• Ability to manage client relationships and work independently

• Pennsylvania bar admission required (New Jersey admission is a plus)
