Job Description

A well-established CPA firm in the Huntsville, AL area wants a Tax Senior Manager who's ready to be a go-to leader for the tax practice. You'll work with Rocket City aerospace and defense clients, plus have a seat at the table with the partners.

What you'll do:

• Lead complex business, individual and trust engagements from planning to sign-off
• Be the main tax advisor for a book of key clients
• Develop and mentor managers, seniors and staff
• Help grow the practice and work closely with partners on firm direction

What you bring:

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience, with several years in a review and leadership role
• CPA preferred (if you're pursuing it, tell us)
• Bachelor's degree from a US college or university in accounting or a related field
• Strong client relationship and team leadership skills

Salary: $109,000-$138,000 depending on experience. This is a Hybrid or On-site role, with a clear path toward partner for the right person.
