Job Description

We are an established and growing manufacturer of high-quality drainage solutions, seeking a Territory Sales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team-oriented, family-owned company known for its strong culture and commitment to excellence.

Position Highlights:

  • Remote role based in Tennessee

  • 75% travel required during the first year (occasional overnight stays)

  • Products serve piping for agriculture, stormwater, and residential applications

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and fully develop respective sales territory. This requires travel throughout the entire territory footprint.

  • Develop and support solid, long-term relationships with current and future customers.

  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations for Timewell’s immediate and extended customer base that are engaging, informative, and valuable to help promote the company and sell the product line.

  • Be educated and aware of potential and pending projects in your market area.

  • Provide detailed quotations to your current and potential customers and conduct unparalleled follow-up to help secure business.

  • Work with engineers for submittals and design specifications.

  • Work with distributors and contractors to train and ensure proper product use and installation.

  • Attend company sales and training meetings.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Successful and proven track record in sales and customer retention.

  • Five to ten years’ experience in the storm water industry (preferred).

  • Four-year degree or equivalent work history.

  • Practical experience with site/civil projects (preferred).

  • Must have experience in sales and knowledge of drainage/piping systems.
