#WeAreHiring: Wealth Management and Financial Advisor or Farm Succession Advisor, Farm and Landowner Families 🌾

Farmland is changing hands across the Plains, and families need a trusted advisor to help it go where they want it to go. gpac is recruiting now for community banks ($5B or less in assets, most under $2B) in rural South Dakota, Kansas and nearby states that are growing their wealth and trust business. You'll help farm families and landowners with farmland estates, succession plans and landowner trusts, backed by a local trust department and paid incentive on the new assets you bring in.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• As a financial advisor and farm succession advisor, develop new wealth management and trust relationships with farm families, landowners and business owners.
• Help clients plan farmland estates, transition farm operations to the next generation, and set up landowner trusts.
• Work with attorneys, CPAs, farm managers and ag lenders to deliver coordinated plans.
• Present trust, estate, investment and farm management services, and close new business.
• Grow assets under management and fee income from existing relationships.
• Represent the bank at ag events, estate planning seminars and community events.

🎯 What You Bring

• 5+ years in trust, wealth management or estate planning business development, with a record of bringing in new assets.
• Working knowledge of trusts, estates, gifting strategies and farm succession planning.
• Familiarity with agricultural land, farm operations or landowner clients (ag background a strong plus).
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, agriculture or a related field.
• Preferred: CTFA, CFP, ChFC or similar; FINRA licenses a plus.

💼 Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000 – $120,000 base, plus incentive.
• Full benefits: health, dental, vision, life insurance, and HSA.
