Job Description

A growing manufacturing operation is seeking Industrial Painters to join their team painting commercial trucking trailers. This opportunity is open to candidates at all experience levels — from individuals with 3–6 months of industrial painting experience to seasoned professionals with several years in the field.

The most important factor is the ability to produce high-quality industrial finishes. For candidates newer to the trade, the team is looking for individuals who are coachable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and apply feedback to develop their skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform industrial painting on trucking and commercial trailers

• Apply 2-part paint systems, including epoxy primer and top coat

• Produce automotive-quality finishes

• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications

• Assist with ordering paint and supplies from vendors

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to maintain production flow

Ideal Background

• Experience with industrial painting (manufacturing, equipment, trailers, automotive, case manufacturing, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail

• Entry-level candidates should be eager to learn, take instruction well, and apply feedback

Schedule

Two schedule options available:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:40 PM – 3:00 AM

No regular weekend work. Occasional overtime on Saturdays may be available depending on production needs.
