Our client is a highly respected, successful insurance agency that’s looking to bring on a Managing Principal to oversee full operation of the business.

This is a true leadership role with full authority and responsibility for performance, people, and execution across a multi-office platform. It’s a strong opportunity for someone who has led at the agency or regional level and wants real operating control without needing to produce personally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the agency day-to-day with full operating authority
  • Own producer performance (growth, retention, accountability)
  • Lead producers and staff across all locations
  • Set and enforce sales expectations and performance standards
  • Align sales activity with operational capacity
  • Drive consistency, culture, and professionalism across offices
  • Make and execute decisions on hiring and development

Background Requirements

  • Sales and operations experience within an independent insurance agency
  • Experience leading an insurance team, branch, region, or agency
  • Proven track record managing and holding producers accountable
  • Experience leading managers and/or staff
  • Strong business and financial acumen
