Job Description

We are actively seeking an Estimator to join a growing and reputable general contractor with a strong pipeline of ground-up commercial and multifamily projects. This opportunity is ideal for candidates at various experience levels, with a preference for mid-level professionals (5–10 years of experience).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up commercial and/or multifamily projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids and vendor pricing
• Develop budgets, conceptual estimates, and bid proposals
• Collaborate with project managers and preconstruction teams
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies

Qualifications:

• Ideally 5+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor
• Proven experience with ground-up commercial or multifamily construction (required)
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
• Proficiency in estimating and takeoff software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
