Salary Range: $105,000 – $135,000 annually (DOE) Location: New York, NY | Full-time
About the Role Lead design and coordination for complex land development projects — from mixed-use and commercial developments to urban infill and infrastructure upgrades. You’ll manage client relationships, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across disciplines.
Day-in-the-Life
Oversee design, permitting, and project delivery
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and consultants
Manage project schedules, budgets, and QA/QC
