Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from schematic design through construction documents
- Prepare and review designs, plans, and specifications
- Collaborate with project teams to meet client needs and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members
- Present designs and concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- State Licensed Architect or equivalent
- 6-10 years of experience in architectural design, planning, and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and graphic design software
- Experience from schematic through construction document phases
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
