What You’ll Do:
Provide paralegal support to attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Organize and manage case files, medical records, and deposition transcripts
Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
Prepare for trial, including compiling exhibits and witness lists
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of personal injury litigation experience
Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
Proficiency with legal software and case management tools
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
