Lending Relationship Manager - 

• 5+ years of experience in the lending industry
• Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset
• Proven experience as a commercial lender
• Skilled in business development and client solicitation
• Solid background in credit underwriting and analysis
• Effective relationship manager with strong client retention skills
• Experience managing and growing deposit relationships
• Knowledge of treasury management products and services
• Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and expand a loan portfolio
• Willingness to proactively visit clients and prospects to drive business growth
