We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate with (3+ years’ experience) to join our New York City practice. As a highly rated law firm that helps employers develop proactive strategies, strong policies and business-oriented solutions to cultivate high-functioning workforces that are engaged and stable, and share our clients’ goals to emphasize belonging and respect for the contributions of every employee.

Requirements:

• 3+ years working knowledge of both defense-side employment litigation (e.g., harassment, discrimination, and retaliation).
• advice and counsel (e.g., offer letters, separation agreements, policy and contract review, employee handbooks for multiple jurisdictions).
• Experience with employment agreements, restrictive covenants, executive compensation, plaintiff-side representation, labor.
• All candidates must be admitted in New York (admission to Connecticut, New Jersey or California is a plus).
• 1850 billable requirement
• Hybrid with WFH capability.
