Production Supervisor in Louisville

Job Description

Gpac is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our RTE food manufacturing plant. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing production employees, managing operations on the lines, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production employees and oversee daily operations to meet production goals
• Monitor throughput, yield, and production reports
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HACCP, GMPs, SOPs, and food safety standards
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, and performance management for team members
• Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Safety, QA, and Maintenance
• Drive continuous improvement while fostering a positive, safe, and efficient work environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of food manufacturing experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience in production/operations
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SOPs, and food safety standards
• Experience with Tray Sealer, Thermoforming, or Flow Wrapping a plus
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
