Ideal Candidate

• Experience handling mergers & acquisitions and corporate transactions

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and client-service abilities

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

• Licensed to practice law in Iowa or eligible for admission

• Candidates with experience in M&A, business transactions, corporate law, or related transactional practices are encouraged to apply
