What You'll Do

• Lead land development and civil site design projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Review plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Support client relationships and business development.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of civil site design and project management experience.
• Land development experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
