Job Title: Project Manager / Estimator – Structural Steel Erection
Travel: Up to 25% local/regional travel

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager/Estimator with 2–5 years of experience in structural steel erection projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing projects from pre-construction through completion, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
Prepare detailed estimates and bids for structural steel erection projects
Review project plans, specifications, and requirements
Coordinate material procurement, subcontractors, and scheduling
Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation
Conduct site visits and meetings as needed (local travel up to 25%)
Maintain communication with clients, engineers, and field personnel
Identify and mitigate project risks or delays
2–5 years of experience estimating and/or managing structural steel erection projects
Strong knowledge of steel construction methods and industry standards
Proficiency with estimating software and project management tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required
