Position Overview The Agricultural Equipment Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of agricultural machinery, including tractors, combines, planters, and related equipment. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a strong service team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag systems

  • Perform routine maintenance and major repairs on ag equipment 10 years or newer

  • Accurately document service work and communicate findings

  • Work efficiently to minimize equipment downtime during peak seasons

  • Maintain a safe, organized work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Ag Equipment or Heavy Equipment Technician

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems

  • Familiarity with major OEM ag equipment brands is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus but not required
