We are seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join a highly respected, award-winning plaintiff’s litigation firm with a 75+ year legacy and a multi-state presence. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside accomplished attorneys on complex, high-value class action matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Unlike high-volume practices, this role offers a focused caseload—typically fewer than five active cases—allowing for deeper involvement in sophisticated litigation and meaningful career development. The team boasts exceptional retention, with many attorneys building long-term careers here.

⬇️ About the Role
3–8 years of legal experience preferred
Background in plaintiff litigation strongly preferred (defense experience will also be considered)
Hands-on experience with civil litigation, including:
Discovery
Motion practice
Taking and defending depositions
Court appearances
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
