A prestigious personal injury law firm in Houston is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of experience handling personal injury matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to join a highly respected litigation team known for strong advocacy, exceptional client service, and meaningful results.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing personal injury cases, drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, communicating with clients, and supporting cases through settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial preparation. This role is well-suited for an attorney who is eager to take on substantive responsibility while continuing to grow under the mentorship of experienced trial attorneys.

Responsibilities include:

Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, demands, and other legal documents
Conducting legal research and case analysis
Communicating with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
Attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings
Assisting with trial preparation and litigation strategy

Qualifications:

1–3 years of personal injury experience
Texas Bar admission required
Strong writing, research, and communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced litigation environment
Deposition, mediation, or courtroom experience is a plus
A client-focused approach and strong attention to detail
