Responsibilities:

• Handle employment law matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions
• Conduct depositions and discovery
• Participate in mediations, negotiations, and settlement discussions
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy
• Advise employers on labor and employment law issues

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of Labor & Employment law experience
• Strong motion drafting and courtroom skills
• Experience with depositions, discovery, and litigation strategy
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities
