Tenant Improvement (TI) Project Manager – Commercial Construction


Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tenant Improvement (TI) Project Manager to join our team in King County, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing retail tenant improvement projects, with experience overseeing projects up to $6M. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and estimating skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of retail tenant improvement projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
  • Conduct project estimating, including cost analysis, budget preparation, and financial reporting.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must have retail tenant improvement experience.
  • Proven experience managing projects up to $6M in commercial construction.
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Strong background in project management, budgeting, and estimating.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
