Senior CAD Director

A local engineering firm in Florida that is home to experienced professionals in Civil Engineering, CAD design, Construction, Surveying and more is actively seeking to add dynamic and motivated individuals to their team and hiring for a Senior CAD Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CAD department, overseeing project workflows and deliverables.
• Develop and implement CAD standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely project completion.
• Mentor and train junior CAD technicians and designers.
• Coordinate with project managers to align CAD operations with project goals.

 Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in CAD design within the civil engineering sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
