An Environmental Services company in the Southeast is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in the Southeast.

Location: Onsite | Georgia/Florida (Southeast Territory)

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 + Quarterly Bonus

We're Looking For:

• Well-rounded operations leader
• KPI-driven with a strong operational mindset
• Able to communicate confidently with both executive leadership and technical teams
• Experience managing Service P&L
• Passion for developing teams and driving performance

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support multiple shop locations across the Southeast
• Oversee both small (3-person) and large (10-person) teams
• Partner laterally with the VP of Parts to optimize operations
• Drive operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the territory
