Maintenance Technician

In this role, you’ll play a key part in minimizing downtime by diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting a variety of systems to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.

Shift - 12 Hour, 2-2-3 Schedule - Day & Night Shift Positions Available!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair issues with extruders, material systems, facility power distribution, and other electrical systems.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems.
  • Troubleshoot PLC and industrial PC control systems; modify Allen Bradley and Siemens controllers as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and repair AC and DC motor drives.
  • Prepare purchase orders for parts, materials, and supplies.
  • Respond to emergency repairs during assigned “on-call” periods.
  • Conduct repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial systems.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with facility standards.
  • Maintain and utilize personal tools and storage cabinets.

Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
  • Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and applicable state safety codes.
  • Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 75 lbs regularly; must be able to bend, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods
