Job Description

A leading industry Seed company is expanding it's Sales staff and seeking an Inside Seed Sales Rep to add to their team.  This company offers a family feel and prides their business ethics of honesty and integrity.

Seed Sales Rep Primary Function:

Learn company Seed product line and develop customer relationships.

Seed Sales RepDuties & Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop strong customer relationships
  • Make recommendations to customers based on production goals
  • Conduct customer presentations
  • Understanding of regional seed markets
  • Attend industry events

Sr Seed Sales Rep Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in Agriculture, Ag Business or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of agricultural industry sales experience but willing to train the right candidate
  • Knowledge of turf, forage, and cover crops is beneficial
  • Excellent ability to work autonomously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
