Office Administrative Assistant / Project Management Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant who is eager to grow and assist Project Managers as part of our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a construction background looking to

- Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Answer phones, manage emails, and maintain office organization
- Prepare and manage documents, spreadsheets, and reports
- Maintain job files and project documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and calendars
- Assist with vendor communication and general office operations
Project Management Support
- Assist Project Managers with project tracking and documentation
- Help prepare submittals, RFIs, and project correspondence
- Track project schedules and deadlines
- Assist with purchase orders and material coordination
- Support project close-out documentation
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of administrative experience
- Construction industry background preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
