gpac is partnered with a Multidisciplinary Engineering firm in the Greater Richmond area that is looking to add a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to their team immediately due to company growth and career advancements.

Survey Manager Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying
• A VA Professional Land Surveyor License or SIT certification required
• 5-10+ years of relative work experience
• Ability to perform various types of surveys such as construction staking, boundary, control, ALTA & topographic mapping surveys
• Strong Civil3D and Trimble experience
• Client relationship and Project Management experience is ideal

Survey Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Writing proposals, project budgets, and marketing to clients
• Scheduling survey crews and office staff
• Performing control, boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveying
• Services related to transportation, civil site, and more types of projects. 
• Compile and organize daily project field data
