Survey Manager Compensation Package:

  • $95,000-125,000 salary, negotiable based on experience
  • Straight time overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 hours

Survey Manager Functions:

  • Lead survey team on a wide variety of projects in the public and private sector
  • Provide survey services to clients and engineering department
  • Be responsible for quality of work, client satisfaction, schedules and overall project performance
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
  • Acquire new work and maintain current client base

Survey Manager Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Professional Surveying Experience
  • Active South Carolina Professional Land Surveying License
  • Experienced in both private and public sectors
  • Experienced with topographic surveys, construction staking, mapping, entitlement surveys, boundary and ALTA surveys, plat and legal descriptions, and right of way engineering
  • Excellent communication and people skills and experience directly managing people
