Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the proposal log and project pipeline
Lead the front-end coordination of estimates and bid processes
Perform accurate takeoffs and pricing for commercial drywall scopes
Coordinate and evaluate vendor quotes and materials pricing
Participate in pre-bid meetings and support the project team as needed
Build and maintain strong bidding relationships with GCs and suppliers
Deliver timely, competitive, and complete estimates
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience estimating commercial drywall projects
Strong knowledge of takeoff software and industry pricing methods
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines efficiently
A collaborative mindset and desire to grow with a company
