Job Description:

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in New York commercial real estate transactions, demonstrating proficiency in drafting, negotiating, and closing complex deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and other transactional paperwork.
  • Conduct due diligence and title review for commercial real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients, brokers, lenders, and other parties to facilitate smooth closings.
  • Provide strategic advice on deal structure, risk management, and legal compliance.
  • Manage multiple transactions efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Support senior attorneys on high-profile matters requiring expertise and critical thinking.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • 3-8 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions in New York.
  • Strong understanding of New York real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance within the specified hours.
