Director of Safety and Compliance Needed- Applications are confidential.

A top client in your area is urgently seeking and Director of Safety to join their growing team. This is an award-winning, financially strong company with a long history of excellence in long-term care.

Looking for an Director of Safety who is determined and committed to providing patients with the best treatment experience around and someone who is ready to help grow an organization and ensure residents have a facility that goes above and beyond safety requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety programs to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Provide safety training for employees on proper procedures and protocols.
• Investigate accidents and near misses to determine root causes and prevent future incidents.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, training, and incidents

   

  Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with federal projects
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices
• EM-385 Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• This is a traveling position
