A Florida-based litigation firm with a strong trial reputation is seeking an experienced plaintiff-side litigation attorney to join its growing team on a remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven litigator to manage a diverse caseload—ranging from construction and personal injury to other civil matters—with flexibility, autonomy, and full firm support.
About the Role:
Handle contingency-based cases from intake through resolution or trial
Take depositions, lead mediations, and serve as first-chair at trial
Develop litigation strategy across multiple practice areas
Work with experienced litigators and dedicated support staff
Focus on achieving strong outcomes without strict billable requirements
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed to practice in Florida
4+ years of litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side
Background in construction defect, personal injury, or general civil litigation
Strong trial and deposition skills
Able to manage cases independently while collaborating as needed
Resides in Florida and can attend in-person hearings as required
